Create, maintain and optimise the production schedule (using Oracle Primavera P6) according to our industrial capacity and capabilitiesLoad demand in Material Requirements/Resource Planning (MRP I and MRP II) software (SAP P11) for accurate material cost allocationsIdentify, manage and control material risks and shortages for your allocated project or productConfirm suitable supplier quotations (lead time and cost) and release purchase requisitions to meet project schedulesManage work orders (release, expedite and closure) for internal make parts or assemblies with full traceability of materialsRaise Delivery Request Notes (DRN) coordinating inputs from internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries, complying with export, customs controlsAnalyse production status (progress, impacts, blockers, issues) and update the production planPrepare and participate in or lead Weekly Master Production meetings with stakeholdersBuild, update and analyse KPIs measuring production plan execution and deliveries, and define improvement actionsRequirements

(throughout the duration of the placement). Please inform your graduation date on your application.Your application should include a CV along with a Cover Letter outlining your motivation and suitability for the role.Successful candidates will typically demonstrate:Studying towards a degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics), or in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Business ManagementGood organizational skills (time management, planning, prioritisation)IT and numerical skillsGood communication with stakeholders at different levels and the ability to influenceProblem solving skillsTeam workingSecurity clearance
