The role acts as a key link between field operations, factory teams, growers and commercial stakeholders, ensuring that planning data is reliable, current and communicated effectively. The successful candidate will support operational decision-making by preparing and maintaining harvest plans, monitoring in-field and factory crop performance, analysing operational data and providing feedback to growers and lifting teams.
