We are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer seeking a Production Planner to join their dynamic team. This is a key role responsible for translating demand into efficient production and material plans ensuring smooth supply chain execution and customer satisfaction.What You will Be Doing: Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with forecasts, stock targets, and customer demand.Translate the MPS into clear, actionable production and materials plans.Work closely with procurement, operations, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure material readiness.Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and resolve bottlenecks or delays.Adjust plans based on changes in demand, capacity, or supply disruptions.Analyse production capacity and propose solutions (e.g. shifts, overtime, subcontracting).Manage planning parameters such as lead times, reorder points, and safety stock levels.Support the SandOP process with up-to-date planning data and insights.
