Production Planner Required!Our client is a leading UK-based manufacturer of specialist sterilisation solutions, serving a variety of professional, research, and clinical sectors worldwide.Our client is looking for an experienced Production Planner to join their small, collaborative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production workflows, prioritising projects, and keeping internal teams, including sales and purchasing fully informed to ensure schedules are met and customer expectations are managed.To be considered, candidates must live within commutable distance to SidcupPackage:Salary 32,000 - 35,000 (DOE)25 days holiday + bank holidaysCompany pension schemeEarly finish FridaysWorking hours Monday - Thursday 8:30am till 5pm and Fridays 8:30am till 2pmProduction Planner - Responsibilities:Manage production schedules and workflows.Supervise and coordinate a team of approximately 10 workshop staff, ensuring effective task allocation and prioritisationUnderstand and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support accurate production planningAttend production meetings, providing clear updates on project status, progress, and potential delaysCommunicate any production issues or delays to the sales team to manage customer expectations effectivelyStep in to support the shopfloor as neededProvide support in purchasing or materials management during staff absences or periods of high demand.Production Planner - Requirements:4 + years'' proven experience in ..... full job details .....
