As part of the role you will be required to;Assist with Scheduling: Develop daily, weekly, production schedules based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and customer orders.Daily time bookings - Data entry against the plan.Evaluating raw materials and equipment to ensure everything is in place for production need.Reporting on the production status and any production issues to upper management.Handling production disruptions and productivity problems with production team.Liaise with customers on daily weekly production updates.Ensure the Transport Plan is implemented and deal with any required changes.Regular communication with the dispatch team.Review production documentation prior to release.Collect and document PODs for VAT purposes.Scan in and save all related paperwork for audit purposes.Raise purchase orders.You will need to be proficient using ERP/MRP software, strong inventory and capacity planning abilities, rigorous numerical anal...
