Production Planner

Main Purposes and Scope of Job: Create and manage the weekly production schedule Main Purpose and Scope of Job Monitor production progress and revise schedules to accommodate changes in demand, supply delays or equipment downtime. Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of ingredients Work closely with the Production Managers to optimise and improve weekly schedule to support customer requirements Liaise daily with internal departments Ensure high customer service levels are maintained Ensure stock list is up to date Conduct continuous improvement Skills Required Previous experience of production planning Good understanding of food manufacturing process Familiarity with capacity planning and scheduling Accuracy, attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills Good excel skills Knowledge of SAP desirable but essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised with the ability to priority tasks Ability to manage deadlines ..... full job details .....
