This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both planning and coordinating production from the office while also being actively involved on the shop floor to ensure production runs efficiently. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with production teams to meet customer deadlines. Key Responsibilities Plan, organise, and maintain daily and weekly production schedules. Coordinate workloads across multiple machines and production areas to maximise efficiency. Monitor production progress and make adjustments to schedules where required. Liaise with production staff, supervisors, and management to ensure work is completed on time.
