Production Planner Location: Bridgend, South Wales Salary: Up to 38k plus excellent benefits Benefits to include: 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays 6% matched pension 4x salary life assurance We''re looking for an experienced Production Planner to join a well-established manufacturing team based in Bridgend. This is an excellent opportunity for a planning professional with FMCG experience to play a key role in ensuring efficient production and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a 12-week Master Production Schedule (MPS). Produce weekly production schedules that optimise manufacturing efficiency. Ensure the timely availability of production materials. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods. Work closely with Production Managers to maintain production flow and drive continuous improvement. Maintain planning system accuracy and prepare reports to support the Integrated Business Planning process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production plans are delivered successfully. The successful candidate: A degree or relevant qualification in Planning, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. Experience in a Production Planning role within an FMCG manufacturing environment is essential. Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
