An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Planner to join the business and play a key role in coordinating manufacturing activities, driving delivery performance and supporting continued growth.Your new roleReporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will join the Sales and Operations team and take ownership of production planning activities across a busy multi-stage manufacturing environment.The role will focus on balancing customer demand with production capacity, coordinating resources, improving scheduling processes and ensuring accurate delivery commitments are achieved.Key Responsibilities- Create and manage production schedules across multiple manufacturing work centres.- Develop master production plans while considering capacity and resource constraints.- Work closely with Sales, Purchasing and Production teams to ensure manufacturing workloads are aligned with customer demand.- Communicate production plans effectively to ensure labour, materials and equipment are available when required.- Act as the key point of contact for production progress updates and customer delivery expectations.- Coordinate the processing of customer orders, ensuring realistic ..... full job details .....
