We are currently supporting a leading aerospace manufacturer in their search for an experienced Production Planner to join their team at their Maidenhead site. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving production efficiency and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities as a Production Planner:

• Develop and manage production plans to meet delivery targets and inventory goals
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain to ensure timely availability of materials
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to mitigate delays or changes
• Analyse demand forecasts and MRP data to create accurate schedules
• Identify and resolve risks such as supply chain disruptions or equipment downtime
• Maintain KPIs and dashboards to track production performance
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience as a Production Planner:

• Minimum 3 years experience in planning, scheduling, or production
• Proficient in MRP/ERP systems
• Knowledge of inventory control, capacity planning, and supply chain functions
• Understanding of manufacturing planning and scheduling processes
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments
