Production Planner

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Production Planner with experience in the windows and doors industry, ideally with Logikal and AutoCAD experience. The ideal candidate will be a fabricator with office experience, skilled in order processing, estimating, and production planning, and with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. You will coordinate production schedules, manage workflow, and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of bespoke windows and doors. Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule production for steel, aluminium, or uPVC windows and doors in line with customer orders. Use Logikal and AutoCAD software to input, monitor, and manage order specifications, materials, and production timelines. Liaise with Sales, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure accurate order requirements and efficient workflow. Monitor stock levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods; coordinate replenishment where necessary. Identify potential production bottlenecks and implement solutions to avoid delays. Ensure production plans meet deadlines, quality standards, and customer requirements. Provide regular updates to management on production status, capacity, and resource planning. Maintain accurate production records and reporting for management review. Assist in estimating costs and lead times for new projects and bespoke orders.
