Production Picker

Role: Production Picker Location: Ipswich, Suffolk Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:30 - 15:00 Pay: 13.50 - 14.00 p/hour + Overtime Contract: Temporary ongoing (potential for permanent contract)We are currently recruiting for a Production Picker to join a busy manufacturing business in Ipswich. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse and stock control experience looking for a long-term role with an early finish and overtime available.Production Picker Duties:Picking machine parts and components from the warehouseReading and working from stock lists and pick sheetsManaging inventory and maintaining accurate stock levelsCarrying out regular stock checks and reconciliationsLiaising with the manufacturing team to ensure parts are available when requiredAssisting with general warehouse duties as neededMaintaining accurate computerised stock recordsEnsuring a safe, clean, and organised working environmentWho are we looking for?Previous warehouse experience is essentialStock control or inventory management experience is highly desirableComputer literate and confident using stock management systemsExperience using SAP would be advantageousAny experience using hand tools within a manufacturing or assembly environment would be beneficialGood attention to detail and organisational skillsReliable, punctual, and able to work independentlyPay and Hours: 13.50 - 14.00 p/hourOvertime availableMonday to Friday, 06:30 - 15:00Early finish every dayIf you''re looking for a hands-on ..... full job details .....
