Production / Paint Shop Operative

Production / Paint Shop Assistants Required to work for manufacturing company ensuring quality.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing materials and components for finishing, including sanding, masking, and surface preparation
• Ensuring all products are finished to a high standard with a consistent, high-quality appearance
• Inspecting completed work and carrying out touch-ups or corrections where required
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised spray booth and working area
• Working as part of a supportive production and finishing team

Skills and experience:

• A reliable and hardworking individual
• Someone comfortable with repetitive work and able to maintain strong attention to detail
• Previous paint spraying, finishing, joinery, or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
• Ability to work with care in a quality-focused environment
• A full driving licence and access to transport is essential due to the client''s location

Additional Info:

• Hours: 8:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday
• Rate; -14.00 per hour
• Start Date: ASAP
