THE BUSINESS

Westray Recruitment Group are seeking a Production Operative to join our client based in Gateshead. THE ROLE
 

• Manual handling and lifting of components
• Assembling casings
• Putting kits together for production
• Working across two different production lines within the same shift
• Supporting other areas of the business as required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Loading and offloading the paint line

THE PERSON
 

• Flexible and willing to move between roles and departments as needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable with a good work ethic and timekeeping
• Willing to learn and develop within the role
• Ideally someone who is looking for a long-term opportunity and to become part of the team
• We are looking for someone with a bit of drive and character, who can get stuck in and contribute positively
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
