This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Operator who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, maximising machine performance, and contributing to production targets.As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in maintaining equipment effectiveness, ensuring product quality, and supporting efficient production processes.The successful Production Operator will work a rotating pattern of 12-hour day and night shifts. (6am 6pm and 6pm 6am)Unless living in Gosport you would need your own transport due to location and hours.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up machinery to required production specifications.Monitor product quality and complete first-off quality checks.Maximise machine output and production performance.Carry out basic fault finding and minor machine adjustments.Escalate equipment issues to Engineering when required.Minimise material waste through effective machine operation.Conduct effective shift handovers and communicate production status.Maintain high housekeeping and hygiene standards.Skills and Knowledge RequiredPrevious experience as a ..... full job details .....
