This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly team with genuine opportunities for training, development, and long-term career progression.The RoleWorking closely with the Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Operating blending, mixing and other production machineryPicking and preparing raw materials from production instructionsManually loading raw material bags (up to 20kg) into machineryPalletising finished products and wrapping pallets ready for dispatchUsing a Counterbalance FLT to move completed pallets into warehouse locationsCompleting production documentation and traceability records accuratelyAlways following food manufacturing and health and safety proceduresWhat We''re Looking ForWe are keen to speak with candidates who:Have previous experience within a manufacturing or production environmentIdeally have experience in food production, machine operation, mixing, or processing rolesHold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (preferred)Are comfortable with ..... full job details .....
