Production Operator

Production Operator with FLT Counterbalance Licence Recruit are currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated Production Operators to join our client production team and contribute to delivering exceptional product quality, safety, and efficiency. The site focuses on recycling post-consumer plastics and producing high-quality recycled plastic granules used within sustainable manufacturing. Pay Rate £14.00 - £14.50 per hour Shifts and Hours 44 hours over 4 days per week (12 hours shifts including both days and nights) 1 hour unpaid break Flexibility required during non-production weeks. No weekends (May change as the business develops) Key Responsibilities Assist the Production Manager in ensuring compliance with Health and Safety, Product Safety, Quality, and Environmental procedures. Operate Erema pelletizing machinery (full training provided). Support team members in meeting production targets and improving operational efficiency. Proactively contribute to the development of individual and team objectives. Promote cross-training and flexibility across the production department. Perform duties safely and in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, making improvement recommendations when needed.
