Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Supporting the setup and operation of specialist equipment
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Troubleshooting basic machine or process issues
• Recording production data accurately using computer systems
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Working closely with team leaders and engineers to meet production targets
• Learning and developing technical skills through structured training
