Production OperatorHourly Rate (Post Probation): £14.45Location: WrexhamContract Type: Full-Time, PermanentShift Pattern: Shift 1. 6.00am to 2.00pm Monday to Friday.Shift 2. 2.00pm to 10.00pm Monday to Thursday, 2.00pm to 6.00pm on a Friday.Shift 3. 10.00pm to 6.00am Sunday to ThursdayAbout the Role:We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and hands on Production Operator to join our established team within the masterbatch and plastics additives sector.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is committed to producing high quality products.You''ll be operating production machinery, supporting blending and extrusion processes, and ensuring all materials meet strict quality standards.Full training will be provided, with a clear pathway to achieving the post probation hourly rate of £14.45.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate manufacturing machinery for masterbatch productionPrepare raw materials, weigh ingredients, and follow production formulasMonitor production lines and carry out routine checksComplete batch records and maintain accurate documentationPerform basic machine maintenance and report any issuesSupport quality control procedures, including sampling and visual checksAdhere to all health and safety procedures and maintain a clean working environmentWork effectively as part of a team to meet production targetsAbout YouPrevious experience in plastics, masterbatch, extrusion, or manufacturing preferred (but training can be ..... full job details .....
