Production Operator

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join a reputable and well established client of ours in St Neots. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and sub-assemblies in a production environment. Key Responsibilities: Assemble mechanical parts using hand tools Read and interpret assembly instructions Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets company standards Maintain a clean and organised work area Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets Stamping parts with use of a machine Measuring and cutting material to tight tolerances using cutting machines Flushing with either a lubricant or pellets Taping finished products Bagging finished goods Requirements: Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a similar role Good attention to detail and manual dexterity Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team Basic understanding of health and safety practices Pay and Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 until 16:00 £12.88 per hour (increasing to £13.75 per hour after 12 ..... full job details .....
