Job Title: Production Operator
Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
Salary: £36,000 (Including Shift Allowance)
Shift Pattern: 2 Weeks Days / 2 Weeks Nights | 5 Days Per Week

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Production Operator to join a modern pharmaceutical manufacturing facility that has recently undergone significant investment and expansion. Operating from a state-of-the-art production site, this role offers the chance to work within a highly regulated environment, manufacturing products that are supplied to major retailers across the UK.

You will be responsible for setting up and operating manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently within a GMP-regulated environment, ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards while meeting production targets and compliance requirements.

Sector – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

• Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing environment.

• Experience working within a GMP-regulated environment.

• Pharmaceutical, food, FMCG, or highly regulated manufacturing experience.

• Experience contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Working in a newly developed £14 million state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

• Competitive salary of £36,000 including shift allowance.

• Overtime paid at 1.25x rate.
