Job Title: Production Operator (Permanent Nights)Location: DevizesEmployment Type: Full-Time, PermanentHours: 39 hours per weekSalary: From 35-40k (depending on experience) + bonusesIndustry: Precision Engineering / ManufacturingThe OpportunityWe''re working with a leading manufacturer in the engineering sector, currently seeking an experienced Production Operator to join their high-performing production team.This role is ideal for a candidate with a background in precision manufacturing ideally, although full training will be given.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC and EDM machinery to produce high-precision products small batch quantities.Perform in-process inspections using CMMs, optical systems, and hand tools, recording accurate measurements and data.Load and edit CNC programs as per work instructions.Maintain documentation including work orders and quality records via ERP systems.Conduct routine maintenance checks and report any faults.Adhere to company safety policies, 5S standards, and wear appropriate PPE.Working hoursSunday 11pm - 6am, Monday to Thursday 10pm-6amIdeal Candidate ProfileExperience within and engineering environment.Methodical, detail-focused, and able to work under pressure.Computer literate with a basic understanding of ERP systems.Flexible, proactive, and a strong communicator.BenefitsPension: up to 12% employer contributionPrivate Family HealthcareCycle to Work SchemeEye care and glasses contributions25 Days ..... full job details .....
