ASAP start date The Company you will be working for; MTrec Recruitment are currently supporting our industry leading manufacturing client on their search for a permanent Production Operative to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. The Job you will be doing; A Production Operator is responsible for assembling, soldering, inspecting, or testing electronic components and subassemblies in a cell according to company standards and production schedules. Key Responsibilities Assemble electronic parts, wiring, or subassemblies following diagrams or work instructions. Operate small tools, soldering irons, or testing equipment safely and accurately. Inspect components for defects or deviations from specifications. Perform rework or touch-up soldering when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation. Record production data, such as quantities, defects, and time taken. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, according to the Health and Safety Executive.
