As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our production processes. You will be responsible for producing high-quality GRP components and tooling and maintaining quality standards as part of the process. Note: Standard working hours Mon-Thu: 7am to 4pm (includes 20 min paid break and 30 min unpaid lunch), Fri 7am to 1:30pm (includes 30 min unpaid lunch). An Immediate start. If this sounds like the right fit for you, we d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Operate processes/produce parts according to SOPs and safe working practices. Perform quality checks of your own work as described in SOPs. Halt production if there s a product non-conformance and notify the Production Leader. Identify, remove, and segregate defective products. Participate in lean manufacturing and process improvement activities when needed, to ensure we operate as an effective manufacturing team.
