Production OperatorLocation: Stoke - On - Trent Salary: Up to £14.50 per hourHours: 40 hours per weekShift Pattern: Rotating Monday to Friday Days: 6:00am - 2:00pmAfternoons: 2:00pm - 10:00pmNights: 10:00pm - 6:00am The OpportunityWe are currently recruiting for a Production Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business in Staffordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous production or factory experience who is looking to develop their skills within a supportive and safety-focused environment.This is a varied, hands-on role working across different areas of the manufacturing process. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who is reliable, eager to learn and enjoys working as part of a team.Key Responsibilities Safely operate production machinery and equipment in line with company proceduresFollow all health, safety and quality standards at all timesComplete production documentation accurately, including process records and quality paperworkCarry out machine set-ups and product changeoversTake product samples and perform basic quality control checksMinimise product waste by following good manufacturing practicesMaintain high housekeeping standards using a clean-as-you-go approachComplete structured shift handovers, ensuring accurate communication between teamsReport maintenance issues, defects and improvement opportunities promptlyAssist with opening and locking the site when required, depending on ..... full job details .....
