Production Operator

Production Operator We are working with a manufacturer, based in Washington, that supplies to the aerospace, automotive and nuclear sectors. We are looking to recruit experience Production Operators to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. The role will be working on a 3 shift pattern Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have a previous background within manufacturing / production and be flexible to work on a three shift pattern. For the 6.00 am to 2.00 pm shift, you will receive 13.22 per hour. For the 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm shift, you will receive 14.62 per hour. For the 10.00 pm to 6.00 am shift, you will receive 16.52 per hour. Main duties of the Production Operative: Loading and unloading the machines Setting and operating factory machinery General housekeeping Working to SOPs and KPIs Adhering to Health, Safety and Quality standards Promote a positive team culture throughout the factory Experience and skills Required: The ideal candidate must have a Manufacturing background, with evidence of stability throughout working career Good team player but also confident at working individually Punctual, reliable and hardworking Due to the high volume of candidates responding to our adverts, unfortunately we are not always able to provide individual feedback.
