This role is responsible for ensuring daily production plans are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety.Working as part of a multi-skilled team, you will play a key role in achieving production targets, maintaining equipment performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site. Key Responsibilities Deliver production targets while maintaining safety, quality and efficiency standards.Operate, monitor, clean and maintain production equipment.Handle raw materials and packaging materials in line with company procedures.Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specification and legal standards.Complete routine cleaning and hygiene activities.Carry out basic autonomous maintenance tasks to support equipment reliability.Adhere to all Health and Safety, Food Safety and Environmental policies.Escalate production, quality or equipment issues when required.Participate in audits, near-miss reporting ..... full job details .....
