The role of Production Operator

We are working with a well-established powder coating manufacturer in Ruabon who are seeking motivated Production Operators to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent role after a successful temporary period, working within a friendly and supportive factory environment.

Responsibilities of the Production Operator
* Preparing and loading materials for the powder coating process.
* Operating machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
* Carrying out basic quality checks to ensure finished products meet required standards.
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times.

The Candidate
The successfully appointed Production Operator will have the following skills and abilities:
* Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or factory environment.
* Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
