Production Operator

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our manufacturing team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role involves supporting the production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.

• Operate machinery and production equipment in line with training and safety procedures
• Assemble, pack, or inspect products to meet quality standards
• Monitor production processes and report any faults or issues
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
• Carry out manual handling tasks where required

Requirements

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment-
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, including overtime if required
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices
