The Role:

Travail Employment Group are proud to be representing their client in their search for a Production Operator due to continued expansion. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, working within a small team to ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery following established procedures and safety guidelines.

   

• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and product quality.

   

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimise downtime.

   

• Accurately record production data and report any issues.

   

• Maintain a clean and organised work environment while adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a small team.

   

• Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

   

• Reliable, with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
