Production Operator

We are recruiting for Production Operators to work regular days, afternoons and nights at our Client''s busy Factory in the Blaenavon area (NP4 9RL).We are looking for individuals who relish the opportunity to work as part of a team in a factory environment. For the right candidate, there is also an opportunity to move into a permanent position!Successful candidates will be expected to work regular days, afternoons and nights.Pay rate as a Production Operative:Afternoons - 13.60p/h - 14:30-22:30 Monday till FridayDays - 12.36 - 6:30-22:30 Monday till FridayNights - 14.21p/h - 22:30 -06:30 Monday till FridayOvertime is available on weekdays and weekends!You can work part time or full time.Your role:You will be working on the lines where you will be making, packing or picking different types of food products. You will clean the lines after products are finished and if needed you will be asked to prepare a line for the next product. The factory environments can be busy, but your safety comes first and all personal protective equipment will be provided.Duties as a Production Operative include:Producing a quality productSupporting the shift leaders to achieve targets according to the production planComplying with all company policies and proceduresExcellent hygiene and housekeeping of the areaTraining Opportunities as a Production Operative:Full induction training is provided.
