The Role As a Production Operator you will be responsible for all aspects of maintaining compliance within the production areas, including manufacturing, quality, health, safety, and environmental and housekeeping requirements. Participate in efforts to drive forward and improve all operational aspects of the Beacon business. Ensure all products are produced and delivered to the correct specification in full, and on time, in accordance with the production plan, in order to meet our customer s requirements. Main Duties and Responsibilities Operate the designated machine in line with its technical requirements and related best practices methods to secure its optimal utilisation and quality. Continuously focus on the quality of the delivered raw materials (board, ink, glue) as well as manufactured finished goods through the monitoring and reporting on any discrepancies encountered.
