• Operate production machinery as part of the manufacturing process.

• Carry out visual quality inspections to ensure products meet high standards.

• Complete production paperwork accurately and efficiently.

• Follow manufacturing procedures and quality standards at all times.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

• Work as part of a team to achieve production targets.

• Comply with all health and safety procedures.

• No previous production experience required - full training provided.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good written and spoken English and Maths skills.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Flexible approach to working hours.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Own transport is essential.

• -13.2019.80 per hour, depending on shift pattern.

• Day and night shifts available.
