Production Operative / CB Operative (Counterbalance FLT Required)

-14.89 per hour | 4 on / 4 off Shift Pattern | Days & Nights Rotation

• 4 on / 4 off rotating shifts
• Days: 5:45am - 6:00pm
• Nights: 5:45pm - 6:00am

Pay: -14.89 per hour

This is a varied, hands-on role within a busy recycling and manufacturing environment. You''ll play an important part in keeping production running safely and efficiently.

Your duties will include:

• Operating production and recycling machinery
• Loading and unloading materials using a Counterbalance FLT
• Monitoring production processes
• Quality checking and sampling materials
• Recording production information accurately
• Maintaining high housekeeping standards
• Sorting and segregating waste materials correctly
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Working safely in line with company procedures

Essential

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Previous production, manufacturing or recycling experience
• Good awareness of health and safety
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts

• Reliable with excellent attendance
• Positive and motivated
• A strong team player
• Happy working in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and willing to learn different production tasks
