The role
Working within a busy production area, you will:
- Operate high speed machinery producing rubber products
- Carry out quality checks to ensure high standards are met
- Work towards daily production targets
- Complete physical and manual handling tasks
- Follow health andamp; safety procedures at all times
What we''re looking for
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (but not essential)
- Good attention to detail
- A flexible approach to shift work

Shift pattern - 4 week rotating cycle
Week 1 - Afternoon Shift
Sunday to Friday | 14:00 - 22:00
Saturday andamp; Sunday off
Week 2 - Morning Shift
Monday to Saturday | 06:00 - 14:00
Week 3 - Night Shift
Sunday to Friday | 22:00 - 06:00
Week 4 - Paid Time Off
Once finishing at 06:00 Saturday morning, you receive 8 paid shifts for your time off.
