Based within a busy manufacturing environment in the WN2 location you will be working as part of a busy team of cell operatives. Candidates must have a flexible approach to shift working, excellent attention to detail and have a good understanding of health and safety in the workplace. Duties will include: Operating high speed machinery to assist in the production of rubber products. Quality checking of products Working towards daily targets Physical/manual handling Working various 8-hour shift patterns - (4 week rotating shift pattern) This role operates on a rotating shift pattern across 4 weeks: - Week 1: Afternoon Shift Sunday to Friday, 2:00pm to 10:00pm (Saturday andamp; Sunday off) - Week 2: Morning Shift Monday to Saturday, 6:00am to 2:00pm - Week 3: Night Shift Sunday to Friday, 10:00pm to 6:00am - Week 4: Paid 8 shifts off following completion of the night shift Interested?
