About the Role
Riverside is seeking Production Operatives for a busy manufacturing client based in Penrith. This full-time role offers temporary-to-permanent opportunities with a competitive hourly salary ranging from £13.73 to £27.46. Candidates can select from three shifts: 6:00am–2:00pm at £13.73, 2:00pm–10:00pm at £14.83, or 10:00pm–6:00am at £15.59 per hour. Flexibility across shifts is preferred, though specific shift requests are considered. Weekend overtime attracts rates up to double time, providing substantial earning potential. No prior experience is necessary; a positive outlook and willingness to learn are valued, with full training provided. Teamwork is central to this role at the Penrith facility.

2:00pm – 10:00pm – £14.83 per hour
