Production Operatives

The Company: MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Seaham area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for an ongoing position of work. The Role: Attending morning briefings with team leader / supervisors for daily production targets Carrying out visual quality checks of products, reporting defects to team leaders / supervisor Feeding machinery and overseeing the machine process Basic setting of machinery, training will be given Monitoring machinery to ensure they are running at optimum capacity Strict adherence to health and safety regulations General housekeeping duties and additional duties as and when required The Person: Someone with a can-do attitude Must be flexible to work overtime The Benefits: Ongoing vacancy in a busy industry Onsite parking Overtime available Opportunities to go permeant after 12 weeks The Hours: 3 -shift system 7:00am - 15:30pm / 15:30pm - 00:00am / 22:00pm - 7:00am The Pay: 13.38 per hour across shifts ..... full job details .....
