Production Operatives Location: Shipley/ Baildon Pay Rate: 13.76 per hourWorking hours - Rotating shift - all hours paid, breaks are paidContract Type: Ongoing temporary opportunity with permanent potentialShift Pattern: Weekly rotating shifts - Morning and Afters with EARLY finish on Friday 6am-2pm /2pm-10pm Fridays 6am-11am / 11am - 4pm Manpower is recruiting Production Operators on behalf of a well established international manufacturing organisation. This is a hands on, shopfloor role within an industrial environment, suitable for candidates who are reliable, safety focused, and comfortable working in a physically active setting.The Role As a Production Operator, you will support the manufacturing process to ensure products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards.Key duties include:Operating and monitoring industrial furnaces and production machineryLoading and unloading materials in line with manual handling guidelinesAssembly workPerforming quality checks to ensure products meet specificationsPerforming stock checksMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentFollowing all health and safety policies and operating proceduresFilling in paperwork / reportsAbout You We are looking for individuals who are dependable and willing to learn, with a positive attitude towards shift work.Essential requirements:Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or factory environmentAbility to work in a physically demanding role, including ..... full job details .....
