Just Temps are currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of a leading manufacturer based near Woodbridge. As a trusted temporary staffing partner, we''re offering a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced production environment supporting a well-established, quality-driven business.This is a full-time role with rotating shifts and immediate starts available.The Role:As a Production Operative, you''ll play a key role in helping manufacture a high-quality range of sauces for retail and food service markets. You''ll be working as part of a collaborative team, contributing to various stages of the production process - from preparing ingredients and operating machinery to quality control and packaging.Key Responsibilities: Support the production process by following recipes and specifications Operate machinery across multiple production lines (cooking, filling, labelling, capping, etc.) Conduct regular cleaning and hygiene tasks to maintain food safety standards Load raw materials and stack finished products Perform quality control checks and maintain accurate records Assist with equipment changeovers and product transitions Follow a ''clean as you go'' policy to ensure a safe, tidy work areaWhat We''re Looking For: Good attention to detail and commitment to quality Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented Proactive approach with a positive attitude Comfortable with manual handling tasksShifts and Pay: Rotating shifts: 5:45 AM - 2:00 PM and 1:45 PM - 10:00 PM ..... full job details .....
