Production Operative/Nights

Major Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a prestigious manufacturing client based in Chadderton. We are currently recruiting for Night Shift Production Operatives to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in manufacturing or machine operation who are looking to secure a long-term position within a clean, modern working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working within a clean room manufacturing environment
• Carrying out heat seaming tasks, including sealing materials and components
• Rolling out and cutting materials using laser projection guidance
• Ensuring all work meets high quality standards
• Handling delicate materials with precision and care
• Performing manual handling tasks, including lifting, bending, and stretching
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good level of physical fitness and confidence with manual handling
• Excellent agility and dexterity
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
