A stable site with a good record of staff retention, clear processes, safety first approach and strong training in a clean, well organised operation. This is a Production Operative role to cover long term planned absence, with growth meaning the potential for extension and permanence is here. You''d work a two shift pattern, one week of 6am-2pm and one week of 2pm-10pm, with short Fridays and all breaks paid. You''ll need a background in manufacturing/production, and would suit someone reliable, practical and comfortable with repetition in the role.
