This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business that genuinely invests in its employees, offering structured training, clear career progression and the opportunity to increase your earnings through regular pay reviews and annual bonuses.This is what you''ll be doingAs a Production Operative, you''ll play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.Your responsibilities will include:Setting and operating production machinery within a busy manufacturing environment.Carrying out machine changeovers to support different production runs.Producing high-quality products whilst meeting production targets and quality standards.Monitoring machine performance, including speeds and feeds where required.Inspecting finished components using measuring and gauging equipment.Reading and working from technical drawings and production instructions.Identifying faults or production issues and reporting these promptly.Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment in line with Health and Safety procedures.Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure production schedules are achieved.Supporting ..... full job details .....
