Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join a manufacturing team on an ad hoc basis. In this role, you will assist in various stages of carpet tile production, ensuring that products meet quality and safety standards. Full-time hours may not always be available, and shifts will vary based on production needs. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor machinery used in carpet tile production. Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Handle, move, and store materials safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with health and safety standards. Assist with packing, loading, and preparing products for dispatch. Follow company procedures and adhere to production schedules. Support the team with other tasks as required.
