Production Operative

Supporting the Manufacturing Manager, you will contribute to delivering against production schedules while maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards. The Role As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for the manufacture and assembly of specialist electronic equipment, ensuring all products are produced in line with technical work instructions and company standards. You will adopt a strong customer-focused approach, supporting departmental KPIs and contributing to a high-quality end-user experience. Key Responsibilities Manufacture a range of electronic assemblies and gas detection products using hand tools, soldering equipment and testing systems Operate gases, tools and equipment safely in line with training and company procedures Follow detailed work instructions to ensure consistent and high-quality output Identify and highlight opportunities for process improvement to the Production Engineering team Maintain a clean, safe and compliant working environment aligned to HSE standards Ensure all products meet strict quality requirements prior to release Collaboration and Continuous Improvement Work collaboratively across departments to improve ..... full job details .....
