This is a temp to perm opportunity with excellent long-term potential. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing fluoropolymer coatings to the highest quality standards, working within a fast-paced production environment. The Role: Manufacture products in line with Shop Orders and process control systems Ensure all products are produced to the highest quality standards Report any quality issues or material shortages to management promptly Operate and carry out safety checks on FLT/Reach trucks Maintain equipment and work areas in line with 5S standards Support continuous improvement within the production process Maintain audit data in line with SQCPD requirements Follow all health andamp; safety procedures and promote safe working practices Carry out additional duties as required by management Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Initial training: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 (first month) Then rotating shifts: 06:00 - 14:00 and 13:00 - 21:00 Pay: £14.27 per hour £90 weekly shift allowance once on shifts Holiday pay included...
