Production Operative Coleshill (Rotating shifts )We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading manufacturing clients based in Coleshill. This will be a direct permanent role working Monday Friday on rotating shiftsWe are looking for expeinced production operatives who have at least 2 years recent experience working within a factory or manufacturing facility for this role. General Duties:Machine operating and machine mindingAssembling of various size components and partsQuality inspecting and final visual inspection of partsPacking items into boxes ready for despatch Following instructions from drawings and job informationFollowing and updating production information and job specifications Working to and achieving set production KpI s Stock and inventory checksQuality Checks on itemsItemising parts where neededRecycling and general waste managementExperience required :You will need to have a minimum of 2 years recent experience working within a factory or manufacturing environmentYou will need to have machine operating experienceYou will need to have Assembly and production experienceBe able to quality inspect all products and have good attention to detailYou must have good communication both written verbal English skillsHours of work :Rotating shifts - Monday Friday 06.00am- 13.30pm and 13.30pm 21.00pmRegular overtime available paid at time and half on weekends Pay £13.45phCompany benefits:Company pension with employer contributionPrivat healthcare- BUPA25 ..... full job details .....
