Location: Waterlooville Area
Pay Rate: -12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am - 5:30pm | Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in the Waterlooville area. This is a hands-on role working within a production environment, assembling aluminium frame products to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembling aluminium frames using hand tools and equipment
• Applying tape and finishing materials as required
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Handling and moving materials around the production area
• Performing some heavy lifting as part of the manufacturing process
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

What We''re Looking For

• Previous production, assembly, or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
• Reliable with a positive attitude towards work
