WHAT S IN IT FOR YOU Temporary to Permanent role Shift rotation of 7am to 3pm, and 3pm to 11pm, and 11pm to 7am The role pays £14.40 p/h, and £15.89 p/h any hours worked after 7pm Monday to Friday THE BUSINESS Westray Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Production Operator to work for our client on a temporary to permanent contract centring on a dayshift and backshift only role. Due to the company location it will prove advantageous for candidates to hold their own transport. THE ROLE Operate as part of the process team to meet targets in all relevant areas of activity, and to ensure that products are produced in accordance with the agreed production/business plan. Accountable for ensuring that Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Standards are applied in all production plant areas in accordance with policies, guidelines and procedures. Participate in a continuous improvement environment in all areas of process team operations. Identify opportunities for improvement in all aspects of process operations.
