Production operative

We are currently recruiting for an excellent opportunity that has arisen for a production operative to join a well-established and respected manufacturing organisation in the Brownhills area. The Role
Working as part of the production team, you will support the efficient manufacture and handling of products in line with company standards and safety procedures. Responsibilities will include:

• Operating machinery and equipment in a safe and controlled manner
• Assisting with general production and assembly activities
• Handling materials and supporting workflow across the shop floor
• Conducting basic quality checks to ensure standards are maintained
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous
• Ability to follow processes and adhere to health & safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and a reliable approach to work
• A positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team
